Welcome to Carriage Hill Driving! 

Carriage Hill is Southeastern Wisconsin's only facility offering complete driving training for the horse and instruction for the driver. 

Carriage Hill ("CH") trains all breeds and all sizes of horses from Very Small Equines (VSE’s) to Clydesdales. No matter what the level of the horse, or the experience of the driver, our program is designed to fit the needs of each horse and driver as an individual.  Lessons are included in our training packages.

I start all horses with thorough and gentle ground work in a relaxed atmosphere, stressing safety for the driver and horse.  Because I believe in a well rounded horse, the animals and drivers gain extensive real world experience not only in the show arena, but also at the facility’s training rings, cones course and throughout the neighboring conservancy trails. 

I am available for consultations and evaluations of your horse, harness, vehicle and turnout appointments (clothing, hat, complete ensemble).  Also available are pre-purchase observation and advise for your driving prospect, harness or carriage.

CH offers lessons and training in combined driving (CDE’s), pleasure shows and recreational driving.  In addition lessons in dressage, cones, and safe hazard driving for singles and pairs are offered at our barn or will travel to your facility.
